The idea of Uncle Tex's started in 2014 with starting a sauce and dry rub company. As the years went by I had learned more about BBQ and catering. I then started to cater small wedding rehearsals here and there. That's when I realized that I had a passion for all things BBQ. By the Grace of God, he has blessed us to serve the love of BBQ to others.
